I don't do public reviews of companies neither do I follow social media sites, but in this case I have to make an exception because of the OUTSTANDING service that Supercargo provided for me. I had to ship my personal items, many, many large boxes from Michigan to Boston and to Colombia. Karen was always helpful and willing to help in any way she could along the whole entire process. She guided me through the process by giving me information and always answering my calls and calling me back with information, although I could say that I am an annoying customer because of the many times I called her. But she always answered with a smile and with kind words and re-assuring information about the shipping and receiving process. And when my shipment arrived in Boston, what can I say about John. He carried the boxes himself and took all my cargo with him, always taking good care of my boxes. And the prices were unbeatable! So I am very, very grateful to John and Karen for the excellent customer service that they provided me. And, to top it up, the boxes came in record time to Colombia, even before the 45 day estimate that John had given me. So, what else can I say. I am not a payed review writer or a bogus reviewer, I am just a satisfied customer who because of the excellent service that I received, I could do no less than give Supercargo and outstanding review. Supercargo did hit a home run! Thank you!!!
