Good dispensary but long wait times. If you’re a patient person don’t mind waiting, def check it out. If you’re not, there’s lots of other options to get your cannabis in the area. Their staff is friendly. Do note, Fresh Pond location (Cambridge) closes at 7P, while the other two locations close at 8P. First dispensary review I have ever written. It was a pleasure dealing with all the staff, and especially Alex at the Fresh Pond location. I have been suffering from chronic back pain for some time and their product has given me great relief. Also, they gave my dog treats and gave me 100 off for being a new customer, so I am a very happy customer to say the least!

I love Rev Clinics, I go to Fawcett st pretty often and recently renewed my card. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Today, Chellie helped me and she was so helpful. She looked up my new patient discount, offered to apply my points and was so professional and helpful. She’s really knowledgeable about the products and is happy to answer questions. Chellie and the rest of Rev staff are the best!

I'm a new patient. After visiting the Somerville location last week for the last first time, they told me I could purchase inside the Cambridge locations. Today, I arrived at the Fresh Pond location just before 11. I waited until 11, went to show my ids at the front desk and I was told I had to order online and I couldn't make a purchase in the store. So, I went to the car, placed an order and waited 30 minutes until my order was ready. Finally, I was able to enter. FYI the wind chill today was below zero to cold to wait outside!!! I went to the counter. Told the bud tender I was a new patient and had birthday rewards to use. (yesterday was my birthday so this was the ONLY reason I came into YOUR dispensary today. I was met with a cold response. She was not very personable. I asked about my other discounts. She was not very helpful at all. Didn't offer to explain anything. I paid with my debit and left. Once back in the car, I realized she didn't give me my change!!! So here I go again, back in the line in below zero weather to speak to a manager. Manager finally showed up to the lobby area! She didn't let me back inside! Again freezing cold!!! I asked to come in and speak to hear, as I also was having a hard time hearing her. She DIDN'T introduce herself. She eventually said she was the GM. Again, no name, no introduction. She rushed through explaining the discounts and my receipt. She did get my change due and then offered to add "points" to my loyalty card. Again, I'm a new patient trying to understand your discounts and rewards program. She could've done better and taken the time to explain things to me instead of brushing me off. This was my first time at this location and after my experience today. My LAST!!!

This is a fabulous store. Friendly staff. Always will to answer any and all questions you could possibly have. I love the delivery service. As a single parent it’s not easy to actually get the store. I’m so grateful that they deliver.

Thank you "Barb", & " Sabrina", for All ur help. Awesome experience.... Again. I was attempting to find products to help w/my numerous health issues, and Barb realized I needed to renew my medical card and was Very helpful directing me to a quick resolution and I was legal again the next day in Real Time. Barb also was Very helpful explaining what could be most helpful as far as products and which "delivery systems " could work best for me. And let's not forget how helpful Sabrina was taking my order over the phone. I'm old school and I'm grateful I have that option where as the dispensary I use to use, does not help in that way. Thank you also for the folks who do the delivering. All have been professional and kind.
