Pathetic services and the postman who delivers post in Shardapuram Pokhari Tola is very rude. The postman doesn't deliver the post at your address. Instead of delivering the posts at your address these Guys ask you to come down to post office. Not only this when asked "why don't you deliver the post at the mentioned address" the postman replies I have been to the mentioned address but I couldn't find your address. It's not my job to call and deliver your post. I have got 250 posts to deliver. Anyone please help with the higher authorities' contact number. I want to file a complaint.

Very pathetic service, post man never try to deliver services to person ...he just make call to and ask person to come post office ..is he post man or call centre ?. There is no justification for the salaries they are being paid.
