The most comprehensive New York State waterfall map around. Not only that, but a great environmental conservation organization as well! And did I mention NO POP-UP ADS? If you're looking for an adventure or just a hike with a waterfall or two, check them out. They've got tons of information on NYS waterfalls and great blogs, too. But this is not just a waterfall website, it's great for planning trips, and learning about hiking and conservation!

There is nothing else out there like this! Amazing! A great way to learn about all of these beautiful waterfalls in ny. They motivate my friends and I to go explore AND clean up while there. I’d never have found some of my favorite locations, within 29 minutes of my house, without this map!!! And I’ve learned so much about waterfalls and the environment!

Dig the falls is a social media conglomerate that documents waterfalls and where they are. The time and energy that goes in to this website and the corresponding pages is unfathomable. The precise documentation takes all the guesswork out of the equation. This is where i go to get ideas for hiking and sightseeing in my area Upstate NY. These sights are free and have been run through donations. Please consider donating to keep this updated and going. The upstate economy relies on tourism. The gentleman behind #waterfallsofupstateny & #digthefalls will also repost your photos from your visits of any one of the #waterfalls. If you have a waterfall or know of one that is not documented please share and #digthefalls will document and promote it. All said. Great website and great ideas for road trips to take and enjoy the beauty of upstate NY.
