Every time we go into Rex Hockey, the customer service is great. They really take time to understand what you need and give great advice. Yes, that means when they are with another customer, you may need to wait a bit to be served, but once it is your turn, you will be more than happy. The store is just the right size to have what you need without being overwhelming.

Big store! Great stuff, when you buy a lot,if you need only small things you are not a customer!!! If you going there to sharpen skates, get some tape and cards for a kid you have to come back later because there are CUSTOMERS, Been told that twice !!!

I was rather surprised to visit a hockey store like this in a Denmark. This is definitely the best store I've been to so far. It is not a huge store, but it has a wide range of hockey equipment that is neatly placed inside the store, so that it doesn't feel like a mess. This store can suit the needs of any player, starting from the youth and ending with professional level players. The store has a Bauer 3D lab that can make choosing a pair of skates a lot easier. I wanted to mention the personnel separately. The lady at the front desk is a professional of the highest caliber. Not only she possess deep knowledge in the field of hockey equipment but she is a great person as well. I was in desperate need of a new pair of skates when I walked into the store for the first time. Unfortunately, my particular skate size was missing. Luckily for me, the lady at the front desk spoke flawless English:) (not a surprise in Denmark), therefore, I easily explained my situation and this lady called several other stores in both Denmark and Sweden, trying to help me. I the end she organized a meeting with guys from Bauer that were supplying the players during the World Championship. I was able to resolve my problem mostly because of the personal and professional qualities of the people who work at ReXhockey. This is a store I would recommend to all those hockey players, who will be in the area for any reason :) P.S. I forgot my sunglasses at the store and the lady made a separate phone call, telling me that are not lost and safely lying on her desk waiting for me.

Great selection of goods and fairly high prices worth 2 stars. I would give no stars if it was possible due to my ice skates sharpening experience... that was an absolute incompetent nightmare - one of your employee idiots apparently used a large (probably goalie degree) radious when sharpening my skates resulting in me having an insane glide and almost having no chance to take turns without falling. Further, I had a break in the edge on one of the skates and asked to sharpen it more because it did not even. I was, without being told in advance charged a double... At least for skates sharpening never more... Edit towards reply below: wow, justifying poor skates sharpening by refering to poor play is so low and really shows something about you people... Commenting like that on a complaint I unfortunately consider an idiotic idea/behavior. I play many years since my childhood and I know what i want and how I feel comfortable on my skates and most importanly have never experience such a problem and behavior. I had to use manual sharpener to fix it. You justify your employees and do not even comment on double charge - not have been stated beforehand and then even trying to pretend that this is just the price for sharpening... thats at least shady. So, i come to shop full of “professionals” that ruin my degree/bite of blade, complain about me asking for making a break even and then charge me a double like it is a normal price? You cant be serious.. good luck with your business.
