Great place to have a quick dinner. Fresh fish, good beer. And a nice view on the harbor

Great find. Fresh fish and worth a visit for a lovely lunch. Nice staff who were very accommodating. Delicious chips too!
Great place, facing the marina, the service was fast, you order the food and drink you find a table and you wait for your food to be served. Food was fast and very well cooked, portion size was perfect, price was average. Recommended
Our first European fish and chips was great! I did expect a little bit more fish but it ended up being a good amount to share. Plenty of sauces and drinks and other options to choose from if you’d wish. Out of the 2 we have had this was by far better!
If you go to Iceland you HAVE to have fish. End of story. And this place serves it up in a great casual atmosphere. By now you know Iceland has great seafood and dish and chips are ubiquitous. It is a simple place. Stand on line and oder. They give you a number and Your food is delivered. It's counter service so if you want anything else later you have to go up and order again. It's expensive, but isn't everything in Iceland already expensive. Enjoy!
This place is cheaper than most other fish and chip places here in Reykjavik, with good portion size and quality. The fish is light and the batter is airy, and not too greasy. Cod is clearly very fresh and super silky. Fries were mediocre though, the only sore spot for the meal. While I didn't have the fish soup, others said it was quite good.
You must do the fish and chips special. The fish is fresh, flaky and tender.
This is a very casual place and very popular. Lots of local people were eating here. All the staff spoke English. We had the cod fish and chips. The fish was perfectly done and so tender. There is cider vinegar at the table and you can ask for ketchup (free) at the till. Other sauces (tarter, dill, etc) cost between 200-400 Kronur.
