We advice employers and managers on psychosocial matters in the working environment, f.x. employees wellbeing, work-related stress, communications etc. Furthermore we offer lectures and seminars for management and staff on psychosocial wellbeing in the working environment. We also evaluate complaints of negative communications in the workplace, f.x. bullying/mobbing and sexual harassment. Administration of Occupational Safety and Health in Iceland (Vinnueftirlitið) has acknowledged Líf og sál as an advisor in psycho-social risk factors in the workplace.
