RDF Services is amazing!! Very professional and the work they produced was breathtaking. They replaced my roof within 7 hours including complete cleanup. From the owner to the adjustor and guys who worked on the roof...impressed with all of them.

RFD replaced our roof 6 years ago after some storm damage. Dan worked with the insurance company to get a good settlement. We’ve been pleased ever since. Recently saw some bats going in and out of a small hole where a roofline met the fascia. They came out right away and fixed the problem no charge. No more bats!

Work was never completed by RFD services, we currently have an open case with the BBB for work that was paid for and never completed. I would warn anyone wanting to use this company, they promise you that they will get the insurance company to pay for everything and extra's, but when your insurance company refuses RFD lose interest in you. This work was started back in December 2016 and we are still waiting on the chimneys to be crowned and capped which we paid for out of pocket. As well as have all of our gutter guards installed, which was paid for by our insurance company. As you can see from our pictures the gutter guards are still on the floor, and you can see the quality of work the company left my siding in. I have uneven siding where they bent it, no flashing underneath and an exposed section where my garage meets our bedroom wall. I am more than happy to also add the chimney pictures to prove that work was never completed. I just do not want anyone else to get ripped off from this company, they promise you the world with your home and you will believe them, but that's what makes a good con man. Also alarm bells will start to ring when you realize you have to do ALL of the chasing with the insurance company, and when the insurance company declines claims RFD will leave you high and dry. There are plenty of good Roofing companies out there, this is DEFINITELY not one of them.

This is absolutely the most prodessional and efficient company I have worked with in a long time. I had some pretty severe water damage and called as soon as my basement flooded. The guys came over and cleaned everything up so efficiently, while Dan explained the measures he was taking to prevent molding and sickness for my family. They worked with my insurance company and made this difficult experience much easier for me. The work was done swiftly and expertly, my basement looks and feels better than it did before! I highly recommend this company
