Do not , I mean do not HIRE this company, I had the experience of working with Nick who inspected a home I bought. I wish I didn't hire him, here are some things Nick missed, 1. Foundation crack, Basement is unfinished he should of catched this with moisture gun 2. Broken Hot Water tank 3. Clogged drainage. 4. broken dishwasher and kitchen sink. Nick spent more time just chatting than actually inspecting the house. Its been 1 month and I still cant live in the house I bought since I am doing so much unexpected repairs, he also missed lot grading issues. Nick is not a professional just pay a bit more money and hire someone else. beware it seems like Nick is friends with lots of realtors.
Nick did a great job inspecting my new house. He walked me through things to watch out for and common maintenance items. The report was thorough and arrived quickly after the inspection (less than 24 hours). It was a busy time of year before Christmas and Nick was able to accommodate our timeframe. I recommend RGC Inspections highly.
Incredibly thorough! We are buying our first house and our realtor invited Nick to perform the formal inspection. He took the time to narrate his findings as he went about the inspection and caught minute imperfections I would never notice, but would cost us a pretty penny to fix. We have so much peace of mind knowing exactly where our property needs improvement and being able to negotiate bigger issues (like curling shingles) with the seller.
