First time in Rhayader, arrived late, nice modern store got what we needed, lovely man helped us. What else do you need :)
Staff are rude and ignorant treating me more like an uninvited shopper than welcome customer, management seriously need to sort out staff moral etc! The place has drastically gone downhill since it opened, never anything in stock or on the shelves, will be shopping elsewhere from now on
