when I went I asked for a dermatologist, the receptionist told me I had to get a referral but to see a skin specialist for my acne concern. So the next day I went to see the skin specialist I believe her name was Tanya. She did not look me in the eye or smile as she guided me in the room. She looked down at her paper and said your here for acne concerns? I said yes, then she said okay the best treatment for you is.....(I cant remember the name) but it was a 200.00 treatment. She didn't even ask why I was there, I wasn't there for treatment. When I stopped her talking I explained I wanted to figure out the root of what was causing my new acne. she then proceeded to show me all of the products I needed to buy. Keep in mind she did NOT smile or look me in the eyes. Very unapproachable. I would not recommend this place for anyone, I would suggest try to find a place where they are genuinely interested in what brought you in, and make you feel they want to partner with you.

Terrible job at injections. Missed muscle on one side of face and either over injected or bad placement in muscle on other side effecting wrong muscle group and smile on half my face. Had to go to an actual doctor to correct the side the muscle was missed on and now have to deal with mouth that won't smile on one side for next 6 months. I have had injections in masseter muscles, successfully, for years at other places, this was the first place that couldn't do a proper job. Only tried this place because original doctor was full. WOULD NOT GO BACK!

Very disappointed.... I went first to visit the clinic to treat suns spots. I did my research first and there is many options for different budgets. Well when I first arrived, Sassi the owner was there and I tried to explained her what eas my concerns... she quickly said, \oh this girl will andwer your questions\ and left... I just felt very pushy and finally the lady suggested the most expensive laser traitments snd couldn't really explained me the procedure. I went to another clinic, got IPL done and I am very satisfied. Since Lucere is doing lots of advertising, I decided to give them a second chance and went back for Botox. I used to have my injections in Quebec and used very low quantity just for a natural look. The Dr was laughing looking at my \prescription\ and said you need more than that. I kept telling him I want a natural look. So I let him do what ever he thought it was best. Well it turned as a catastrophy... my face became completely frozen after 10 days, one eye was way higher and my eyebrows were kind of pushing down.... NEVER AGAIN, this place is a money grabber, they don't listen to your concerns or needs, they just push products and treatments.... Aweful and very snobby staff.

I had an appointment today for a laser treatment. When I arrived I was told I should've been using sunscreen for the last four weeks before my appointment. Which I was not told last week when I booked my appointment. also that this laser treatment is not for me when Doctor Taher himself recommended it. This seems to be a confused office when it comes to laser treatments. Not a happy client

I went this clinic to show my case of melasma, and There staff was very energentic and friendly. The docter was very thorough with his procedure and treated me successfully.
