The only reasons I’m giving this place a 3 is the fee and wait time on the return of my deposit. It’s taken me three attempts to get my deposit back. I’ve cleared my storage unit a month ago and I still haven’t received my deposit back. This is something that should be a 7-10 day turnaround time but I’m still waiting and into the second month now. The other reason is the price, I found a much more affordable storage and larger space for less. Keep looking in the area there’s several places. Don’t let the “Affordable” fool you.

Excellent staff. Helpful and efficient. Very nice people.
Fantastic people. Katherine helped me figure out exactly what size I needed and how to organize my things so I didn't need to rent a larger unit. The office is inviting and the place is clean and in good order. I like the computerized gate. I would recommend to friends.
