Great gym, great staff. Treadmills-Recumbents etc well maintained rarely is one down. More than enough freeweights and machines for most people even during the busiest times. Early morning and 1-3. Are great times to go. They have safe covid measures in place and easily accessible cleaning supplies. experience all around.

My partner and I signed up for a 4-month membership in early November of 2019. We were told that at the end of our contract we had the option to renew. Then come March, COVID happened...which was fine because we thought our contract was over. Last week, after zero communication from the gym they charged both of our accounts. When contacted, they said that there never was a 4-month membership and that our contract was \open-ended\, which was news to me. No refund. No nothing. It was our fault for not contacting them 30 days before them charging us to cancel. Meanwhile, the gym has been closed for 5 months! Unfortunately, they have to be so shady with their billing practices. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this gym. Oh, and the sauna sucks...it doesn't get remotely hot. Invest your money in some dumbbells and workout at home.
Overall, I liked the gym. I was not happy with the class times, but they would have at least 1 early class which was helpful. I'm most disappointed with their cancelation. I tried to cancel and I was still charged the yearly fee and the monthly fee. I was charged the monthly fee 10 days after I called. I was never told when I called that the monthly charge would still be occur. Poor customer service.

Be careful. If you sign up with this gym beware of the terms and conditions or they will keep charging you indefinitely. I signed up for a 4-month membership online in August 2019. Needless to say, 4 months was FALSE ADVERTISING. IXL kept charging 29.95 per month 4 months after the membership was supposed to be over. No apologies. No offer for any refunds. No accountability. Dave told me it's very clear that all memberships are \open-ended\ and oh well. I found the cancellation procedures after some digging: • You must contact your club representative in order to cancel your installment, open-end or cash membership. • Please do not send any form of request to cancel your membership to ABC Financial Services, LLC. • Your cancellation will not be processed unless you fill out the proper paperwork at the club. I have a bad taste in my mouth after the phone conversation and have no desire to ever recommend this gym to anyone.
