I've been shopping here for years. And usually always get a coffee for myself while I shop. I've never had a problem or attitude until recently. Very nasty RUDE girl Olivia always short, seems angry and just has an attitude. Even others complain about her as they walk away with their drink. And my drink is messed up 3 out of 5 times!! They need new customer-oriented staffing.

Full service Starbucks!
Every single person who works at this location is miserable. All of them are rude and seem as if they hate their job. No one can remember the price of drinks and they take obnoxiously long to look in their drink log. They need new hires there asap.
Fresh coffee, delicious scones and fresh sandwichs and salads. Staff is wonderful and friendly
I ordered, but the coffee has hair in it. The staff is very unkind without an apology.
