Awful!!!! We took our patio door screen in to Ace in Rhinelander 6 weeks ago for repair. They said repair would be done in 1 week and they would call us. We called 2 weeks later and they said they didn't get to it. Promised by next week. Every time we called for update, the male answering the phone was crabby and rude. The last time we called, we asked if it would be done for sure within the week and he said, \I'm not promising you anything\ so we went and picked it up. Took it to True Value in Lake Tomahawk and it was repaired in 24 hours!!!
