Salesman, Greg Hazlewood, promised to text me 3 listings of prior customers which didn't happen after 2 follow up phone calls. Scheduler, Karie was defensive and childish and hung up on me when I started to share my concerns with Salesman. Karie refused to put me in touch with the owner. Based on the unprofessional dealings, my wife and I decided to NOT use this company. Very Overpriced and Terrible Customer Service

Rhino Shield's employees went well above required. They made sure we understood exactly what was going on and each phase of the process. They did a very good job. Quick but professional. Cleaned everything up afterwards and made sure we were totally satisfied. Did touchups where ever we might see a spot that needed a little extra care. Overall they outdid our expectations. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Sales person was very helpful explaining the process, and cost. Installers were terrific and I'm very satisfied with the finished job. I'm still waiting on a copy of the 25 year transferable warranty that I assume will arrive within two weeks from completion of job. If in fact the product last 25 years than the expensive cost would be a good value. twill arrive within two weeks from completion of job.

I do not recommend using this company! They did not deliver the result that was promised... made the mistake of paying for the job (30k) because I was assured they would make us happy... Now I am told to fix their poor application would void the manufacturer warranty... house looked better before it was coated... Update: Daniel and Will who ran the project brought a different crew out who recoated the house and made all the repairs. The new crew were terrific, immediately saw and addressed the issues. Their workmanship was far superior to the first crew. We are happy with the end result. I would have added more stars but it took a long time and a lot of unnecessary energy to get result we were promised. I will give Daniel and Will 5 stars for not walking away from the job. I appreciate the efforts they made to ensure that we were happy. They are nice guys and if they continue to work with the second crew I expect they will get a lot of 5 star reviews going forward.

Tried three times to get an estimate from this company. First appointment was made for a Friday at 10 according to the office employee. Sales rep called me on the day of the appointment at 230 saying he was in route to my house. Sales rep proceeded to tell that I was scheduled for 2. Had to go to work so I said let's reschedule and he said someone would call me. Waited a week with no call back. So I called and rescheduled the appointment for Saturday. Come the day of the appointment the exact same thing happened all over again. After talking with the office she apologized and swore it wouldn't happen again and that she was going to send a completely different sales rep out. And on the third appointment day the same exact sales rep calls me yet again 3 hours after the time I was given. Pretty poor communication and customer service in my opinion. Never thought it would be so hard to give a company money. Whatever I'll look elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time.

Our house looks fantastic after having Rhino Shield applied. The job took less time than we were told and the quality of their work is awesome. We had our entire house and back walls done. They also replaced the wood on our gate and the trim around the entry door. Our block walls were stucco and the neighbors gardens have caused erosion of the stucco on our side. Extra materials, I don’t know what, were applied to the walls to keep the moisture from damaging the walls again. Hope it works. The crew was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job and very professional. The price is very expensive but we expect it to pay off over the years as we don’t plan to move again, and now don’t plan to paint again either.

We had a home that we are going to AirBnb painted because we were interested in the long term warranty, and insulation factors. We had Gastons crew come out on the job. He was sweet and communicated well. Patrick and Daniel the project managers came and checked on progress throughout the job. They were great and also communicated well. The house looks absolutely amazing. I’m extremely happy with the end result and my experience with the company!
