What amazing service from Penny and her team! Nothing was too much and they over delivered in a short space of time. Within 4 days they had reupholstered 2 single chairs, made 4 sets of full volume curtaining and voile (and installed them) as well as made 15 scatter cushions. Excellent workmanship and highly recommended .. Thank you!

Very unpleasant experience. After using Roda on a number of occasions and being pleased with the work I was very shocked that now that her name is established she has lost all respect and treats small customers with utter disrespect. Though her staff are lovely, She herself is not interested in the customers view or request. You either have your fabric sewn how she wants to or are told in simple terms to take your fabric elsewhere because she has enough business. It’s such a shame when old businesses who were build on word of mouth and community references lose their people centric focus. The small premise that she sees from has now become worse that a chinease factory shop and the ladies are only allowed 2 bathroom breaks and work in a crowded space with little space to move or manoeuvre. I would no longer recommend this to anyone with any ethical standards or who is looking to be treated like a valued paying customer. For mass orders that are all uniform-go ahead.
