Our kitchen sink was leaking all the way to the basement. We called and within two hours they arrived, wearing masks, especially important as we've been self isolating for 4 months during the Covid 19 virus. They were quick, thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. I'd do a commercial for them free of charge! I highly recommend and the fact they are a 24 hour service with senior discounts and take credit cards is even more a plus!

we called dave after searching for a plumber. He stopped by on the date he said to look at our issue and provide a estimate and worked with us. He did a fantastic Job! He was very Knowledgeable and very budget friendly and honest. I will call him again in the future for my plumbing needs!

Closed my 222 year old house for the winter for the first time (probably ever.) Indoor plumbing wasn't done until years later and although the house had had updates in all of the plumbing and water lines, even some of those were not immune to the deep freeze of our CNY winter. There were two slow leaks from areas that someone had previously repaired water pipes. Dave and his guys did a great job pressure blowing out pipes and winterizing drains and lines in the fall. They came to hook everything back up this spring and stayed to check all connections after the town turned the water on at the curb, and they fixed the connection where the 2 previous repairs had failed. They added a shut off valve that was needed on the water heater and lit the pilot for me as well. Dave and his son were very professional, very reasonable, have great personalities, and provided excellent service and follow up!! I will give Dave's name and number to everyone I know who asks for a plumber reference.
