Speaking on behalf of myself and elderly mother, we can not thank enough how the staff and doctors, especially Dr Hussain have supported us. They all have shown us great respect and dignity, we have always felt listened to and received professional care throughout. Never once felt just like a number or rushed in and out. I could not recommend them enough. THANK YOU for all you do.

Awful. I filled in the online form to register a few days ago and popped in to check it was all done as I didn't get a email. I was then condescended to by the receptionist who insisted the website I visited 3 days ago wasn't there any more, hadn't been up for weeks, so I was wrong. If you're not accepting new patients then how difficult is it to take the registration off the website? Talking down to customers isn't a great look either.

Dr A Hussain , he is the best family doctor in Preston always helpful, everything calmly explains, and listens to the patient and this is the most important thing. He always advises, speaks a language understood by a normal person. Every family doctor should take an example from him because he is a real human doctor.

Dr Hussain and staff are amazing professionals. Kind-hearted, helpful and effective. They have been fantastic and I am so greatful and cannot thank them enough for helping me through these last couple of years where due to a injury my health has deteriorated. Can not fault them in anyway.

brilliant practice. always have appointments whether it be with the nurse or doctor. the reception girls are lovely and helpful and you're never on hold for long like some other GP surgeries!!!! definitely worth 5*
