Have purchased numerous cars from Richard Court. Have never had any difficulties and staff have always been friendly and happy to help. I've recommended to friends who have been happy too. Much better service than other Fiat garages in the area

Customer Service is second to none with excellent communication, however, the cost for labour is somewhat unbelievable - an example of but a few - Discs and Pads - 250 fitted, yet the parts are only 40. Cam Belt - 300 fitted, yet the belt is only 37. I fully appreciate that there are overheads etc, but bearing in mind that I am a degree educated engineer with previous experience as a mechanic, I can't see how these sort of mark ups are justified. I would like to give them a further opportunity just down to the customer service, but if the prices are similar then they won't be seeing me again.
Good service from the sales people, but I get the impression they fit the car salesman stereotypes. You know, "I'll have to check that with my manager", and talking in abbreviations and complex car terms when the customer is not a car nut. Even so, I'm happy so far.
Dreadful customer services. Not surprised it's closed down. Should invest in teaching staff some manners
Salesman in charge of the Abarth section told us he'd phone us back but never bothered. Since then, tried 2 days running to phone them and got the message "your call cannot be transferred", so no way to speak to them. Poor customer service.
Good range of cars but staff tend to be the pressure sales type but subtle with it. They tried very hard to put me into a diesel car I didn't want

Excellent sales service from them. Just bought a new ssangyong Tivoli from them. Process from start to finish vety smooth and efficient. Howard the sales rep dic a great job and explained everytjing clearly. The car is fantastic, cant fault it.
