If I told you that this place is absolutely horrible it would be an understatement. First The employees do not wear masks, including the doctor. The few who do wear them wear them improperly (lose, falling off of their faces or below their nose). Clearly they do not care much about their patients' safety. Second If you go in for a consultation you will not be seeing the doctor but his \assistant\. I called before I scheduled my consult and was assured that I would talk to the Dr and that he provided the service I wanted. His \assistant\ spent the entire appointment trying to sell me products and procedures I did not want or need. I got fed up and left after about a half an hour. Third This office does procedures like the PDO Thread Lift and Sculptura Butt Lift that no experienced, professionally trained plastic surgeon would do (unless he cares more about money than patients). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stay away from Sensational Skin.

Wow!!! Where do I start? When I called Dr. Browns office for the first time I spoke with Cassy the patient coordinator. Her sweet voice and genuine interest in the procedure I was inquiring about made me feel heard for the first time, in my search for plastic surgeons. She took the time to answer all my questions and even shared her personal story with me. During my virtual consultation with Dr. Brown his personable demeanor was easy to connect with. His knowledge, expertise, and recommendations for my procedure blew me away. I knew I had found my Doctor. Next was my pre-operation appointment which exceeded all my expectations, yet again. When I walked into the office I was greeted by their lovely receptionist Dee who was so kind to me. I was able to meet Dr. Brown in person and his assistant Denise who is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. I felt prepared for surgery. The morning of my surgery was no different. I had an incredible team at North Scottsdale outpatient surgical center working to make sure I had minimal pain and my mind was at ease. Just had my post-operation appointment, I couldn't be happier with my results and the continuing care/support I receive from everyone in Dr. Brown's office. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Could not have picked a better team to take me through this journey.

Dr. Richard Brown is an amazing plastic reconstructive surgeon. He completed my Lat-Flap on my left radiated side and my implants look wonderful! I could have not asked for such a great plastic surgeon and staff! Skyler is amazing as well with fillers and Botox. After having Breast Cancer and completing my treatments I was not sure if I would get breast reconstruction! I was referred to Dr. Brown and I could not be more pleased with my results. He is truly an amazing and knowledgable surgeon, human being, and his work shows in his passion to make his patients look and feel beautiful inside and outside! He made me look perfect!

I’m in love with this office! I found skyler on Instagram and she added beautiful filler to my lips. I adore my new look and I can’t wait to see what the future holds! The office is gorg. and staff are friendly. Octavia is a delight and the other blonde lady is really sweet. She also helped me clear my skin with just a few affordable products. I’m happy with spending all my money here :) !
