After I had my son my confidence and mental health took a huge dive. I knew I had to do something for myself. I’ve never been someone that liked or even enjoyed exercise and I’ve paid for many gym memberships but would hardly go and definitely not see any results. After six weeks of training with Richard I retook my measurements and although I knew my clothes were fitting better seeing the results on paper was just a amazing feeling. Richard takes time to get to know you and always brings good energy to the sessions. You can see he loves what he does! I never thought I would say this...but I really enjoy training and have learnt so much in the last two months. I feel stronger, confident and back to my old self and I have Richard to thank for all of that. I can’t recommend him enough! You honestly won’t regret having Richard as a trainer.

As a doctor, I'm extremely conscious about who I trust with my health. I reached out to Richard about 2 months ago after reading the reviews here on Google. I haven't looked back since. Richard and I are due to complete our first 6 week bloc of training and I could not have asked for better results. Richard has helped prune my nutrition according to my body and needs, as well as putting me through rigorous workouts; helping me improve my cardiovascular, core and overall body strength. My experience has been nothing short of life changing, with increased energy levels, better sleep, improved mental clarity and of course feeling slimmer, athletic, muscular and more agile. His programme has helped me make fitness and nutrition a part of my lifestyle, where previously it felt like a chore. The exercises we do are creative, fun and target the full body. He has decades of experience in this field and this comes through in his training and explanation of the journey he is taking you through. I certainly would consider him to be one of the best personal trainers in the region. First and foremost, thank you Richard! Not only for increasing my knowledge of fitness but for making me feel more confident than ever. After years of neglecting my body, I decided to make some changes (this was back in January 2018). I didn’t think I had it in me to enjoy exercise and be consistent with it. Thankfully, a friend of mine recommended Richard to me. Richard has been my personal trainer and gym programme writer for over a year now. I like to change things up and Richard is able to accommodate this; each session he has a new exercise for me to try. I’m knowledgeable enough now to train myself, however, I still like to have sessions with Richard because he gives me that extra push. It is clear that Richard genuinely wants to help me become stronger, healthier and more confident. He is honest, reliable and has the perfect balance between professionalism and fun.
