Super service, listened to my needs, did a deal and I walked out with my new phone in under a hour. I was expecting a two day delay, so super impressed.

Not a good experience. I stood in the social distance qeue outside from 9h35 until 11h21 before I entered MTN store. It was not that there were that many customers in front of me, but rather the super slow pace of service. At the no 3 service counter a single client stood from 10h35 untill I had left at 12h11. Why do the MTN employee not realize that people visit the shop for service, and by enteraining a talkative 'customer' is not on. Is it fair to customers who realy need to do business, to spend so much time socializing with a 'friend' ? Shame on you MTN mangement for allowing this to ruin many of your clients days.
