I was at the store this morning. I had a bad experience with the store manager. She had her mask on her chin. When I asked her, why she doesn't cover her mouth and nose. She said, she cnt put on a mask for 8 hrs. Also she is behind the counter. I asked why she doesn't put on a shield rather. She replied by saying she does not have one. She gave me such a bad attitude. I ended up leaving the store without purchasing my clothes. I phoned the store, and I told her about how I felt. She said there is nothing she can do with her attitude. I was very disappointed, by the mere fact that this bad service was from the manager.

Bought clothes for R400 and we didnt have the R3 for the bag/packet. The staff didnt care at all, we asked for any plastic so not to carry the clothes around at the mall. we had to take the clothes with no packet. Every store when you purchase you get a packet, very unhappy with the service.
