We have worked with Cathy for babysitting our three children ages, 1, 3, and 5. She worked with us on a consistent basis for the first two months with our newborn and on an as needed basis since then. She is trustworthy, caring, and very nurturing. I’ve always felt that my children were in loving hands when she cared for them. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a responsible and loving sitter.

My husband and I participated in Kathy's class back in 2014 when we were expecting our first child. I was serious about wanting to have a natural, non-medicated birth, so taking a high quality class was a must for us; not just a one-day cram session at the hospital. Kathy's class was enjoyable, she communicated information well, and she covered so many great topics. I especially loved everything she covered on breastfeeding and I referenced all of it. The visual elements and demonstrations of the class were especially helpful to me as they gave me something to recall later on. We felt as prepared as you can be for delivering your first baby, and overall we were quite successful. I wound up getting an epidural. Looking back, I think it could have been avoided, but it was what I needed at the time. If I had one suggestion to make, it would be to practice the coping positions and techniques more. Really emphasize that since that is some of the most important information you'll need during labor. Especially since this class places an emphasis on natural birth. Overall, it's worth the time and money spent, and you'll feel much more secure about giving birth once you're done. We're now expecting baby #2 and I'm already referencing my workbook to refresh my memory and prepare to deliver again.

I hired Kathy for my first born. I hired Kathy very late in the game and ended up having an emergency c-section so I cannot comment on her doula services. My one start is mostly for her babysitting service for my 4 month old boy. On the two occasions we had her babysit our boy, we found her to be negligent with the baby. First, she would let my baby cry and not attend to him. My husband had to call her to let her know baby was crying. Second she used a phone and iPad on a 4 month old baby. We as parent have zero screen time for our boy and plan to keep it that way until he is 2 years old. Both of these incidents happened the two times we used her service. If you are looking for a decent babysitter you are better off avoiding her.

Kathy was a great teacher of all things Bradley. After going through Lamaze and unsuccessfully having a natural birth with #1, I was so happy to be prepared for #2 by trying a different method. Kathy gave us great direction and helped us realize we were more in control that we thought at the hospital. She genuinely cares about her moms/dads and gives you guidance on anything/everything related to baby AND mom. Loved working with her.

We loved being apart of Kathy's Bradley class. She is very knowledgeable and very supportive! We went through her class before we had our first child and I can't imagine going into labor without having the knowledge and support we gained through Kathy's Bradley class!
