I’ve been a client of Richardson & Wrench Alexandria Waterloo since Mark opened that agency in 2003, until my sale in 2020. His team were the letting agents for my apartment for that entire time (and did a great job). Mark and Carolyn were amazing to work with for my recent purchase. It happened by coincidence actually. I never actually saw the ad for this property when Carolyne showed me the property. When I made up my mind, the service was extremely attentive, Carolyne was getting back to me outside of business hours which worked for me.
