Really liked this place. Weekday night without reservations. Was told they don't take them for a party of three. Seating is limited, so come early. Had 2 appetizers. The bacon wrapped shrimp and sausage. Ordered the stuffed porkchop for dinner. Comes with a very big dinner salad. If you have an appetizer, order 1. Food portions are huge. Easily something to split. It's a little pricy, but you will be taking part of it home. Each of us had something different and all three meals were delicious. I highly recommend Richardson for something a little different with a unique atmosphere. You should give this place a try.

Really good food- mediocre service. Probably the best hash browns, red/ green sauce I’ve had. Probably could be a 4-5 star restaurant with better service. Everyone was nice but we were kept waiting 15 minutes pre and post meal. Even though it was not busy at all. We had to reach out to several different waiters/ hostess for service. We will be back to try again and hopefully add a star or two back!

Richardson's provided an amazing New Mexican experience. I pretty much stay away from Mexican restaurants, as they all taste the same to me. Maybe it was the difference between Mexican and New Mexican. This was different. My first margarita was jalapeno, and the second a prickly pear. The jalapeno was a bit too hot for my liking. I loved my carne adovada sans queso. I'd come back here in a heartbeat. BTW, the service was impeccable.

Being a true native of New Mexico.. I was disappointed that this restaurant claimed to serve NM Cuisine- I was looking forward to Hatch green chilies and found Poblano's instead.. food was also very smoky - would not recommend.
