Have been a customer for a couple years, and so far, it's been great. I believe the low star-ratings are fake accounts. I noticed upon looking into their profiles, they've never made any other contributions or reviews. Suspicious. Perhaps a rival company?

Tech support not very good from head office, but tech guys are really good and friendly. Internet almost always slow, and seem to have lots of problems on their end of things.
Have been a customer since 2011 and have never had any difficulty with the system. Great service and always responsive. Simply Connected is a great service if you live in a rural area and need reliable internet connection.
Rural internet is hard to come by. With other reviews on here -one is using a fake name -one isn't even a customer -and the other I'm sorry about you issues. But I can post screen shots every day of the week and show that it's not a problem.
I pay for there premium package and this is what i get... please note the time of this test 3 am no one should be using the internet, and i can see the tower from my house its like not even 3 minutes away.. don't get me wrong it has its good days too.. but like only one or two a week. Simply the worst internet experience. I leave messages which take days or weeks for them to respond. I have been having constant issues with super slow internet. As low as 80k to as high as 3mbs( and only briefly). Speeds are always between 300-600kbs. Simply ridiculous.
Their internet is nothing but a joke.. Doesent work well at all and when they send people to fix it they made it worse.. Definately not recommended. They should change their name to simply connected low speed internet. Would be more accurate.
