I made my appointment for service easily online. When I arrived, I was greeted prompted and courteously. The attendant gave me a high level explanation of the work and a reasonable time frame for the wait. When the work was completed, I immediately received a text message to pick up the car. They completed an inspection and explained the results. The car was returned to me washed. Overall, it was a very smooth process with no unpleasant surprises or excessive pricing.

We bought our last car at Richfield-Bloomington Honda, and we’ve done it again. It wasn’t a given, though. Without the prompt, informative, and confident service from Brent (Sales Associate), we wouldn’t have purchased this vehicle. Brent made the process incredibly easy for us: Brent provided an immediate & personal response to our online inquiry, arranged a time for a test-drive at our convenience, secured a fair price for our trade-in, and also secured our carefully selected vehicle from another dealership. I needed to get a new car after this year's deep freeze totaled my old beater. I wanted a new car that would be reliable so I chose to go with Honda as my make. This was my first time going to a dealership, and because of their resident Brit, Mr. Finch, it was a painless and enjoyable experience. It wasn't just Henry that was overtly pleasant though, everyone that helped me was extremely kind charismatic, and knowledgeable. They all had a good sense of humor too, which really made the long waiting period tolerable. To keep this brief, if you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend at least stopping in and chatting with the kind people and Richfield Bloomington Honda.
