Customer Service at it's BEST! I was moving my mom from Virginia to Wisconsin & found out at the last minute the Oxygen Co I had lined up could not accept my mom. I was panicked and the team at Community Home Care in Richlands, Virginia were there for me. They were prompt, considerate, compassionate and got the job done in time for my mom to have what she needed for the transition. They even followed up with me the next day to make sure we were all set. I am beyond grateful for their quick response and kindness to me during this very critical time for our family.
