Keep up the good work! I was worried that Enterprise in OAJ airport was not going to be open because I was calling to confirm if the vehicle I reserved online will be there on pick up date and time. I had a bad experience before when I reserved a car months in advance from another company and on the day I needed it there was no car and no notice to customer that my car is not available. I was very pleased to see the Enterprise counter was open and my vehicle was ready (even upgraded) :-). Their counter may not be open if there is no inbound or outbound flights. Please answer the phone, so that customers can reach you. Other than that, I was happy because I got a vehicle, great deal and clean. I recommend Enterprise for their reliability.

New Car Smell ......because it was a brand new car! Fun! Very helpful employees at check in desk and a helpful employee in parking lot. Quick drop off. Overall very good experience!
This had to be THE WORST experience I have ever had. My husband secured the rental online in my mother-in-law's name so she could drive home after the holiday. On the day of pickup the branch employee called to confirm she was still getting the car. At that point she said she needed a major credit card in her name to keep on file for any damages or extra charges. My mother-in-law explained she didn't have one, but her daughter-in-law would be using hers to keep on file. The employee said we couldn't do that. The driver had to have a major credit card in their name, no exception. So I put the car in my name. We went and picked up the vehicle. Only I went in and signed and got the keys, I asked her if I could add my mother-in-law as a valid driver. She said no she doesn't have a credit card in her name so she can't drive. Now I did deceive the system because we all know you are allowed to have another authorized driver. So I put her things in the rental and gave her the keys. After all there aren't any employees watching, right? Wrong. About 5 minutes after leaving the airport the woman calls and says she had an employee who was outside see my mother-in-law drive the rental and me drive my vehicle. She made me come back and return the keys and rental. I ended up getting a rental from the Enterprise on Western and guess what, I was allowed to add an authorized driver and no I didn't have to be in the car and no she didn't need a major credit card in her name. I came home and ended up looking online for the rules and regulations for the Airport Enterprise, all the same rules as every other one except if you're using a debit card to secure your payment you cannot add an authorized user. I called customer service and the employee at the airport was in fact wrong, she even put I didn't show up to get the vehicle and it never left the lot! That in itself let me know she was being deceitful on purpose, if not she would have noted what really happened!!
Had reservations for a vehicle there. Once I arrive they tell me my vehicle isn't available because it needs maintenance done. They shouldve done that before. Wasted 3 hours of my day trying to get a taxi and make a new reservation downtown Jacksonville. Dont get your hopes up for this place
I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location. Staff is super friendly! Cars need to be cleaned better. The staff is the only reason why I continue to rent with them. It’s amazing how some of the other rental agencies in the same airport don’t understand how being nice and friendly can keep customers coming back. Enterprise, Alamo, and National use the same staff and they are great!! Go with them! Dollar is great as well but they are ran by other staff.
