There has never been a time where didn’t have to wait at least an hour past our appointment time. I understand providers run behind but if you know you run behind that far and that often, adjustments need to be made in the schedule. The answering service they use now is also a joke. It’s like an act of Congress to get someone at the actual office on the phone. If we had an option, I would not bring my children or myself here but living in a rural town and this being the only office that sees children under 10, they know you have to come to them so they don’t care about making you wait.

I have never been to a clinic that the doctors don't just come in and rush to give you a prescription and rush you out the door. They actually take the time to talk to you and understand your concerns. Yes, you might have to wait to get seen, but it is worth the wait for care of these wonderful doctors. Just don't have anything planned for a couple of hours after your appointment time. Exceptional staff there as well. Would recommend them for sure.

This has been our family clinic for 10 years and while there's always one or two bad experiences that got my emotions going, overall, when the hammer falls, this place is better than anywhere in the region and the doctors and staff have always been wonderful. There have been problems, but hey that's life, and I've never had issues with the doctors or nurses and the problems I did have were fixed. Too many people have one bad experience and enshrine that as the only image of the place. JCMC is not perfect, but they do care and they are wonderful.

i am a patient in the jacksonville office and they are PHENOMENAL!!! i was scheduled to do telehealth in the richlands office . when they called to check me in the woman who called me was unprofessional and uncaring at best!! and seeing all the other reviews it seems as that is the norm in that office. I will be filing a complaint formally but honestly couldn't get over the lack of consideration for me as a patient and person that was shown to me .. All her poor behavior did was add more stress to my situation and make matters worse for me.. people go are seeing dr to feel better NOT to have their issues aggravated further by poorly trained office staff.. sad!

What a worthless clinic. One cough and they are scared to death. A doctors office thats afraid of sick people. Just close your doors you are no good to anyone.
