My piano is very special to me as it was a gift to me from my son. We recently moved to Jacksonville, NC, and I knew the piano would need tuning from the move. Sean was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He not only fixed a part that had broken long ago, but was able to trace the history of my piano for me back to the 1940's. He was patient with my grandchildren as they asked him a million questions and was kind enough to give them a mini lesson on the inner workings of the piano. His work was thorough and reasonable in price. The piano now plays beautifully! I'm thrilled! Thank you Sean!
Sean Caparuccia is by far the best piano tuner I have encountered throughout my 60 years of owning and needing a piano serviced. His excellent ear and total devoted attention to pitch, action, condition with the instrument is pleasing, pure, and professional. When Sean completes his tuning and I sit down to play I am at one with my instrument, testing its sound values and ability to imagine the poetry of music. If it was possible to give Kingsfriend one hundred gold stars on this rating I would indeed.
