Our furnace / heater stopped working on Sunday. I called Ashton Monday afternoon and they sent a technician out first thing Tuesday morning. Mo came out and diagnosed the problem and gave us various options on how to resolve. I found Mo to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, which helped us make an informed decision on how to proceed. Thanks Mo for taking the time to explain the issue / situation, and following up that the parts would arrive tomorrow for the repair. On Wednesday morning, Ashton called to let me know the parts arrived and that they were on their way to do the repair. This time Jerome came out, and got the furnace working again within a few hours. We felt great comfort having Jerome do the work on our furnace. He was also very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and thorough. Thanks Jerome for all your help today! Our home is nice and warm again. and thanks Ashton...you have a great team!

Eddie was quick, polite, clean and did all the work by himself!! He removed two toilets and installed two toilets. I had to leave right before he arrived and I returned just as he was done. Everything was neat and tidy and we couldn’t even tell the toilets had been replaced. Because there was no dust, no bits and bobs, no trace of mess. He moved the old toilets and packaging to his van quicker than I unloaded the groceries. We appreciate his excellent efforts and polite customer service.

Not a good surprise when the furnace just dies on you when is cold outside. We knew our furnace is very old but hoped will survive the winter and we could plan for replacement over the summer. Called Ashton today at noon and Mo came to our house before 4pm and spent few hours, inspected our furnace, he explained very clearly the options. Very knowledgeable, professional and considerate. Very nice personable and his good sense of humour made the experience enjoyable. He took the time to inspect the house for the best option for installation, explained clearly the types of furnace re commended for replacement. We will be ready the new furnace installed the second day after Mo’s visit. He even offered to lend us a heater. Always happy with Ashton people, good reliable company, very knowledgeable and competitive pricing. Many thanks Mo and Ashton team!

We awoke on a Sunday morning to a cold house. For some reason our furnace wasn't working properly. I searched online for a furnace repair company and found Ashton. I called and they had someone there within a few hours. Jerome was personable and professional. I was given a lot of helpful information and our issue was resolved. Jerome was able to get to my house a day before the scheduled appointment to perform maintenance on our air conditioner/heat pump. He was personable and professional throughout. At the end, the price charged was what was advertised, no hidden fees or surcharges added. I am seriously considering Ashton's No Problem Plan given this experience.
