I'm so disappointed. I bought a laptop during one of their sales. The laptop had issues from set up. We exchanged the laptop for the exact same brand and two weeks later it starts shutting down. We took it in and they say well its been 15 days, and we can exchange for the same lap top. Of course I'm traumatized. My son is almost to tears because we feel we may have the same experience again. The lady tells us it maybe your Norton internet. So we decide to go home and set it up without reinstalling Norton. The PC won't even turn on. I tried calling and only got a recording that does not even connect you to a human. It's so disheartening when you have spent money on an item less than a month and they find loop holes to not refund you. I should not have to send a PC that is less than 2 weeks old for repair and should not be questioned as to what we did to it. I have 2 other laptops from the US that has never given us an issue. At this point I just want my money back. Its like they don't care about customer service. It's just too bad for you the product is defective. Sad this would not happen in the US.

Really pleased with my experience here. Best Buy has taken precautions to ensure a COVID safe environment. When we arrived the store was at capacity so we had to wait outside, we were in within 5 minutes. At the door we were asked by the greeter what we were coming for and directed where to go, I had preplanned and did a online instore pickup. We went to instore pickup at the back left, gave our email with pickup confirmation and two pieces of ID. We were in and out within minutes, smooth and easy.

I went with my kid to buy a Nintendo switch game. He was over months putting all the coins in his safe to raise the money for it. Once the store, they took the coins, but I could see on his and the other employees were around faces the disagreement and at the end, I was informed it was the last time they would accept the coins. It was a learning for my kid, how to save money to buy what he wants, and now he is frustrated... Very disappointed with best buy.

My wife and I went to Best Buy Lansdowne in Richmond to buy a refrigerator for our parents. We were helped by a pleasant representative named Shelly. Before us, she was helping another customer, patiently answering many of their questions regarding product information. When it was our turn, she was pleasant and helpful. It was a smooth and safe transaction. Thanks Shelly.

It's been a while since I've set foot in this bestbuy but it has certainly a different look. There's a larger focus on the home utilities and appliance sections. Lots of nice displays. Computers and games and tvs sections are easy to find so did not spend a lot of time finding what I need. It's not the busiest of bestbuys due to landsdowne mall being so spread out. Even on boxing day or blackfriday it is probably one of the better placed to wait and lineup

I went in today to get some help for a phone activation and though it is typically a lengthy process, I was able to get in and out in no time! I was helped by Nicole who was able to thoroughly run through plan information/details and explain to me all I needed to know. I was met with great professionalism and a friendly smile (I can tell even through the facemask). Awesome service.
