Do not book here they can’t be trusted. We booked in August, had confirmation emails then out of the blue they cancelled our booking 2 days beforehand, on Christmas Day! To be clear they had emailed us hours prior to cancelling to say we could not check in early then cancelled (also via email)! Claimed a double booking - even though we booked 4 months in advance. Appalling, they clearly cannot be trusted as will take another (likely longer) booking if it comes along. Also wanted payment in cash so says a lot about them too. Just don’t put yourself through this and avoid this property.

Wonderful cottage, fascinating history. One night stay was too short so we hope to stay again for longer.
