Participating in research studies is not for everyone, but this is generally one of the necessary steps for much needed medications and medical procedures to be introduced to patients. The staff are knowledgeable and personable.

I have participated in several drug trials through Clinical Research Partners, beginning in 2017. PUNCTUALITY: The front desk keeps everything as stress free as possible. Waits are rare, and in my experience, arriving early is almost always rewarded with being seen early. OFFICE: The office lobby is small, but comfortable and clean, as are the exam rooms. I have never witnessed messiness in the restroom, exam rooms, or waiting room. (Parking in the garage is free and unlimited.) BEDSIDE MANNER: At every visit, I see the receptionist, a nurse, and finally, a doctor. In the course of two years and dozens of visits, I have had nothing but positive interactions with ALL of them. It’s a pleasure to be around professional people who genuinely love (and are good at!!) what they do. PAYMENTS: Participation in these studies has a flat rate travel compensation, which is electronically loaded onto a card. Throughout multiple studies, I have only once had a delay in receiving the funds and the problem was immediately fixed with a friendly phone call. On every other occasion, the funds have been available within a few hours of my visit. KIDS: I am a homeschooling mother of five, my children tend to go everywhere with me. From my first appointment, CRP staff have accommodated my little ones, allowing them to be in the exam room with me, or setting them up with cartoons in the office waiting room, depending on my preference in the situation. At this point, they know my kids on sight and ask about them when they aren’t with me. CALL BACKS: Although it’s possible I received placebos during the first CRP study I was in (and that was explained as a possibility), the over all experience was great and I was delighted when CRP reached out to me later inviting me back for another study. I appreciate them notifying me of additional opportunities based on my qualifying symptoms. This time around, the study drug is clearing up my skin condition, and I’m making money treating it. Bonus!

Did a phone interview and then came into the location and after spending an hour waiting I was told I wasn’t able to participate in the study for something I had told the person who did my phone interview. Didn’t receive any compensation for my time and travel. BE CAREFUL THEY WILL SCAM UOU HERE! Do not waste your time here they don’t care about you
