I love this place. Dr Sage was the only person that could diagnose my psoriasis instead of other dermatologists that just consistently gave me cream without ever diagnosing. My skin is in amazing shape thanks to him and his staff! They are always friendly, fast and efficient here. I recently moved to Miami and fly up for my appointments bc they are THAT GREAT.

We’ve passed 72 hours since submitting a refill request. Pharmacy faxed in the request on Monday per Commonwealth Dermatology guidelines and nothing. Can not get an actual person on the phone and have not received any return phone call from a nurse even though we’ve called a couple times since Tuesday. We’re used to refill requests taking a day but this long is just bad. I suspect people are on vacation due to the holiday but they don’t tell you that and most likely have no system to provide coverage while people are out. At this point I’m expecting a call no sooner than next week. The doctor has been fine with our daughter and the issue is being addressed but the level of actual customer service provided by this practice is the lowest I have ever encountered at any doctor’s office. They do their job and they’re polite but feeling like they value you as a patient is completely missing. They know they don’t need you as someone else will immediately be available to take your spot. Appointments are very hard to get and scheduled well into the future.

Dr. Royster and her staff Kimberly and Cindy were great! They listen and I didn't feel rushed! I truly appreciated feeling heard because I've seen two other dermatologists that were not helpful for something I've been dealing with for almost a year! Dr. Royster explained my options and answered all my question, and I didn't feel any pressure. I did end up opting to get a biopsy, which was not painful. They provided post-op care instructions and let me know that if I had any issues I could call even during the weekend. The only downside is how long the wait is to get an appointment, but I feel this is the same for all dermatology offices!

Super unprofessional. And down right thieves!! Double charged me back in August and I'm STILL waiting to be reimbursed! Asked to speak with a manager and they called the police!!! Police MADE them refund me!! This place is a nightmare, do not go there!

I have seen Ana Wiley a few times over the last year. I always leave in a better mood than I arrived. Wonderful staff! The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful.
