I ordered 3 pizzas last night as I had a voucher and asked them to take cheese off all three pizzas as one person couldn’t eat cheese and when I turned up to pay for the pizzas I found the the pizzas cold and no quality control at all and the young guys there had no customer service and seemed to have a chip on there shoulder bad attitudes and no pride in there work very disappointed I was quite intimidated by them as I normally say something think but it wouldn’t helped I just wanted to get out of there ️️

The pizza is always disappointing!! I hold on to the fact that these pizzas will get better... but its been years now. Time to come to the realization that they may never get better. Crusts are different to what we order. Toppings are budget.. even when we get to more expensive ones. Always something wrong when we ordered and or not ordered. We stopped eating domino pizzas for several months... still hasn't improved. Staff members are up and down at times. Some are friendly and nice, others more abrupt and deaf.

So I order a pizza from dominos the pizza was fine but I ordered it for delivery but I pressed change for a 50 dollar note but he came and said sorry I don't have the change for that and I said ok get the money you owe me and put it in my mail box it has been 3 days and my change is not there this is very bad delivery they should be organized way more and I want my change back I just wanna report it and see what they can do about it

Have a onion allergy. Eveytime I order a pizza it had onion on it. It's gone so down hill. Love domino's. But I'll never go to the Richmond one. Partner was promised a voucher. Yet never got it. Called so many times and was told the same thing. Yet never got the voucher.

The worst dominos I have ever had. One burnt pizza, another tasteless. DISGUSTING!!

Went in last night at around 9.30pm. Asked the guy if he could add extra chicken on the pizza which I know cost a few dollars more as other Domino's have done so in the past. But the guy said that they could not do it. Also, when I got home, I realized that I was given the wrong sides. Completely different to what I had ordered. Lastly, my cheese pizza had bits of onion on it which I had not asked for. Overall ,very disappointed and would not go back again.
