I tried going to this place to know the people and ask about prices, but no one was there during business hours. I called them twice on two separate days and they do not answer their phone. They have lost a potential client.

I like Ming and the work that she does but the whole process, regardless of what time my appointment is, takes on average 4hrs: only about 2 of them are spent getting your hair done with a simple wash and retwist. I often spent hours just waiting and I’m big on having my time spent well. If you’re not the first person of the day, you will sit, so bring some headphones or a good book to read.
