I do not normally post reviews. However, Encano Plumbing well deserves this one. I called this morning with a leak concern and was able to secure appt. time for same day. "Mike" arrived earlier than he anticipated (which was a ) received call from the office letting me know he was in route. From the time I made the call through the completion of work... I could not be more happier with the response time and service. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Mike explained in detail what he identified, how he would repair and beneficial suggestions for us to know after work was completed. Should you need any plumbing repairs or needs, I highly recommend Encano Plumbing. I could not be happier with my experience. Thank you entire Encano Plumbing Team! "I now have you on speed dial"!

Encano Plumbing is truly professional and know their stuff. They were honest and gave me the right advice for unclogging the drain. They suggested installing a more accessible clean out and offered to do it at reasonable price. I have hired them to perform this task. I like how professional they are with an attitude to delight the customer. I hope to use them for all plumbing issues in the future. The owner is personally involved in making sure that he is providing the right solution to address the needs.
We recently repacked a single shower acrylic unit in our condo. We were impressed with the professionalism of this company. They were timely( very important to me) and used quality product to complete a very nice job. I have owned a home for 50 years. I am used to workman who promise to deliver.. plumbing does that. You always want a little extra surprise when they come to do a job... I feel like I did.. in a very good way!! Highly recommend them for your next job!!
I contacted Encano Plumbing to reroute and extend a gas line. From the first contact with them it could not have gone better. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, certainly define the people working at this company. Job was done a day ahead of schedule. Could not be happier with this experience. And to my surprise they even followed up after completion to make sure I was happy with the work done. Needless to say I was beyond pleased. Would use them again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone in need if a plumbing company.
What a great company!! Called on Monday to fix a clogged toilet (not an emergency because it was not overflowing just clogged & I have another bathroom to use) and by 9:30 Tuesday morning it was fixed. Mike explained some things I could do to help keep plumbing flowing well and service was very reasonably priced!! Highly recommend this company!!
