Love the return process. Suggestions- should have an option for online reservations that calculates the insurance if you are using there insurance. Have it calculated into the price so that you are not surprised with the quote when you go to pay. I was quoted 80 approx total online, then when I got to enterprise and took their insurance the price became 136. If I knew this ahead of time, I probably would not have rented.

We loved renting this car from enterprise! She took us 3200km from our pick up in Regina to our drop off in Vancouver. I dropped the rental off the night before we flew back home. It was a bit of a wait to drop it off but I did so around a busy time as other flights came in & people were there picking up cars. *** I would recommend booking in advance when looking to rent a car from any of the rental places as all were sold out the evening I returned our rental & many people walked away without *** The staff member was professional & also I dropped it off in the wrong area, he said it was alright & would move it for me. Drop off was easy & I loved having the unlimited KM as apart of our rental. So many did not pick this option & I overheard complaints about paying more than their original agreement because they knowingly went over KM Thank you ENTERPRISE for your vehicle & professionals who helped make our dream family vacation as smooth as possible! The VW Jetta was very easy to navigate the flat prairies & windy uphill mountain sides. It was SO GOOD on gas & had a lot of room for myself, husband & two pre teen gals PLUS our luggage X4 & their backpacks ours! Highly recommend!!!

An airport counter should have a flexible closing time. If I have a reservation with my flight infos and my flight is delayed I should be able to have a car 30 minutes past the closing time and not be left with no solution at the airport. They know we have a reservation and they know on which flight we coming. Is it common sense or its just me being mad for nothing ?

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at their Vancouver Airport Location. We reserved a vehicle weeks in advance and called multiple times throughout to ensure that someone will be waiting for us as we had an evening flight. This branch closes at 10:00PM, and our flight landed at 9:50PM. Their front desk agent told us that there is a policy in place for them to wait for you, as long as you land prior to 10:00PM. We rushed out of the airport to ensure that we didn't keep them waiting too long, got there at 10:10PM, and NOBODY WAS THERE TO SERVE US. Some of their competitors were still open and serving customers. Earlier that day, I tried to call at least 10 times to reach the front desk, but all the agents were always \busy\. It's ironic as most businesses are fighting to survive and book as much business as possible, but not Enterprise! I guess the Hertz bankruptcy wasn't a lesson for them. This encounter left us stranded and completely ruined our plans for the tight schedule we had planned in Vancouver. We ended up calling a Taxi just to get to our accommodation, and will be looking elsewhere to find a car to rent in the A.M. tomorrow . AVOID.
