Their pumps are ancient outdated pieces of junk. Also and I'll post a picture and you can do the math but I pump when the prices said 2.35 on the sign and it actually worked out to be 2.66 after I did the math by calculating how much I spent versus how many gallons I got. Also you can't just give him a credit card and fill up because their system is so old you have to stop on the amount of money or it will go over. Also you have to go back in if you don't pump as much and have to get your money put back on your credit card it's very inconvenient shop elsewhere.
I needed to have a state inspection done ASAP, and Tyler and his team took great care of me. I was in and out in a half an hour, and the bill was for less than expected. I highly recommend Hancock’s. Thank you to everyone there.
I stopped in for gas after work and noticed that there was no way to swipe a credit card. This forced me to go in to pay, which led to me realizing that I could make an appointment to get my wife’s inspection done. Every other place would have us leave the car and come back at the end of the day which is kind of a pain, specially having a six month old at home. Over all, a great experience!!!!
Love the way they take care of my car. Customer service is great, friendly staff, they have the customers best interest and safety as their top priority. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicles to them!
