Excellent practice! Just had our first visit. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly, the office impeccably clean and organized, and they had the most up to date equipment for the hearing testing. We saw Dr. Kim Imajo and can't say enough great things about her! She was both medically professional and very personable, a great communicator who explained things clearly to us. She also really cares and followed up with an email about a question we had asked, obviously having taken the time to do further research. We felt looked after and special. Five stars for sure.

I was very pleased with the care provided to me by Richmond Hearing Doctors. I discovered that one of my hearing aids, purchased several years ago from a different practice, was not working properly. RHD found that it still was under warranty and returned it to the manufacturer for repair. They also performed a thorough hearing test to establish a “baseline” so that both right and left aids could be calibrated properly when the repaired instrument was returned. All of this was provided at a very reasonable cost. I would be happy to recommend Richmond Hearing Doctors to anyone considering hearing aids for the first time or replacing their current instruments.
