We have just had a new conservatory roof done by Richmond Heritage. The pre-existing glass roof was leaking in several places and some of the wooden beams were rotten. We now have an insulated roof which looks fantastic and blends in with the rest of the brickwork and existing tile slates on the roof. We have a brand new room which can be used all year round cooler in the summer and warm in the winter. Fantastic! RH is a very professional company and I would recommend them to everyone. We will use them again. Very happy with the results of their professional work.

Richmond Heritage were extremely helpful, providing invaluable assistance in gaining the required planning consent for the replacement doors and windows. The installation was carried out cleanly, efficiently and existing window blinds were reinstalled as part of the service. The doors and windows are of very good quality and certainly made a noticeably welcome difference to the house during the winter months. Based on my customer experience, I am more than happy to recommend Richmond Heritage for replacement windows and doors.

A year ago we got a new replacement conservatory installed by Richmond heritage home improvements. One cold winter and a hot summer later we are so happy that we got this company to supply and install our new conservatory. It is now a room we can use all year round. The two lads who came to do the installation arrived on time and worked tirelessly to get all the frames and roof in on the first day. Very cheerful and hard working, cleaned up as they went along and every evening checked with us that we were happy with what had been done. At the end of the installation everything was double checked to make sure it was done properly and all the rubbish cleared up. We are very happy with the standard of workmanship and the quality of the conservatory. We have no hesitation in recommending Richmond heritage home improvements to anyone looking for a new conservatory, windows or doors.

We needed to replace the front and rear doors to our house and Richmond Heritage were able to offer a wide selection of high quality composite doors. The service was friendly and helpful, and the installation was done in a professional manner. Richmond Heritage fitted secondary glazing to our sash windows and replaced a small attic window. We’re really pleased with the results as they look great. The work has completely changed the appearance of the rooms and made them quieter (we live on a cobbled street) and most importantly of all, warmer! The guys in the office were really helpful, professional and clear in their communications and likewise, their fitters were prompt, friendly and also very professional. We definitely recommend them and will be using them again for our front door.

We needed to replace all our sash windows and french doors and were looking for a local company and happened to pass the shop in Frenchgate - it was very handy to be able to call in ! We used Richmond Heritage to replace our porch making it into a small conservatory. We also asked them to replace the back door to the garage. We're really pleased with the result. They were very helpful obtaining planning permission and with general advice. We now have a lovely conservatory and the garage door looks good. Their fitters worked hard in poor weather conditions and were very professional and pleasant. Their quote was very competitive and value for money. We recommend them to anyone interested without any reservation.

Following the hailstone storm this summer, and subsequent damage to our conservatory roof, we went to a number of companies looking for a quote to repair. Richmond Heritage were by far the most professional and courteous, they efficiently responded to our enquiry and quickly set about replacing the roof and fixing other areas of the conservatory. We are very pleased with the final outcome. We would certainly recommend them to anybody else as a good organisation to work with, who deliver a good final product at a reasonable price.
