The team showed up on time and performed the install of a new heat pump in about 6 hours. There were no problems during the install. The explained what they did and how to operate and maintain the system. I am very happy with their recommendation and the final result. I should be good for the next 14 years now!

Technician was great. Very responsive and very pleasant. The only concern I have is that the tech completed repair without advising me of the cost. It would have been a better experience if I were able to approve the cost of the repair prior to being served with an invoice. However, overall great experience.
Rob provided a thorough and professional service from quote through and installation of my new Navien NCB180E tankless combi-boiler. Quote - Rob traced and measured gas lines and venting; noted model numbers for my old rental furnace and existing air handler, condenser and gas cooktop; and recommended the appropriate Navien unit. The quote provided was more detailed than any other provided (including by Enercare). Installation - Rob provided reasonable expectations about the installation (time, access required); was timely, thorough, tidy and professional throughout. (The quality of Rob’s work is evident in the photo posted here.) Rob also provided great information and happily answered questions. Overall, Rob is one of the best tradesmen I have worked with and have no hesitation in recommending Rob and Cozy Castle to others.
Friendly call centre worker and technician, fast and efficient service. Our house AC had broken at a very hot time of year, and we wanted it fixed fast. They had a cancellation and were able to be at my house within 2hrs or so of calling that morning. Reasonable fee for service/diagnosis, and the tech had the part that we needed (capacitor) on hand in his truck, and therefore the AC was fixed within 15min of him arriving. Would highly recommend this company! Thanks
These guys are great. They came out today, diagnosed the problem quickly and got to work. I wish all contractors and service providers were as customer focused and straightforward as these guys. Call them and feel confident you are going to be treated fairly!
