Be honest about the services you provide and mean what you say. When you schedule an appointment stick to it, if it needs to be changed communicate with your customer. Teach the techs at the front of the office to be honest and more respectful. Don't waste people's time. Please be better. I am happy I know the poor quality of service now so that I don't go back if my dog has a real emergency.

I am heartbroken and disgusted by the experience I had at this hospital. 2 months ago I brought in a very sick kitten. He was experiencing bloating in the stomach, trouble breathing, and difficulty walking. When I brought the cat in they told us that we were \over reacting\ and that it would be a waste of our money to have blood work done- therefore a thorough examination was never done despite the state the kitten was in. He sent us home with some medication and electrolytes. The kittens health seemed to improve slightly until the bloating got significantly worse. His tiny body could not carry the weight of his stomach. He stopped walking, eating/drinking and going to the bathroom. We brought him back in this condition and the vet (Who has absolutely no idea what he is doing) told us he had a fever and to google his symptoms for further information. He then sent us home with more medication. This medication did not work and we could no longer bare to watch this baby suffer. We took him in to another emergency vet who proceeded to tell us that he has a untreatable disease that caused his intestinal fluids to leak into his stomach. We then had to put him down or else he would have suffered for the next few days until he naturally passed away. I called this vet back to explain the situation and he had no sympathy. He told me that he told us the condition was untreatable (he never told us this)... which does not add up because if that was the case he would not have sent us home with MORE medication. He told me that it was our problem and that we wouldn't have been willing to pay for a full examination. He took all our money and most importantly allowed a kitten to suffer for months before his death. Do not go to this vet, they are uneducated, immoral and are in this for the money. Rest in peace to my kitten who did not need to suffer the way that he did.

came in with my 9yrs old dog that was bleeding from her bum. I had a good experience, we were welcomed with a smile and were examined throughout. We even got a call the next day to see how my dog was doing. Thank you!
