I have been to dozens of nail places before to take of my extensions for my nails and I have never had an worse experience than this. The place was filled with people during a pandemic it was not following COVID-19 guidelines. My nail lady was so distracted every time a customer comes in she would look over and start talking to her coworker. I had ask her to take off the extensions but majority was still on my nail. I express my experience to the manager but the manager was really impatient and kept on saying this is how it is when you take off your nail.... do not recommend this place there’s a lot more better places out there trust.

Amazing!!! First of all the place is so clean and safe. The staffs are friendly and professional. Since I come here I cannot go anywhere else. Love you guys GLAMOUR NAIL LOUNGE ️️

WORST PLACE EVER AVOID AT ALL COSTS- wish I could give zero stars. DON'T BELIEVE THE INSTAGRAM HYPE THE STAFF ARE RUSHING BECAUSE THERE ARE ALMOST 30 OTHER PEOPLE PACKED INTO THIS TINY PLACE WAITING FOR SERVICE DURING COVID WHICH IS UNBELIEVABLE. THEY RUINED MY NAILS AND I HAD TO GO BACK AT 10 PM AT NIGHT TO FIX IT AND I WOKE UP THIS MORNING AND IT'S STILL RUINED! THEY RUSH AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR LEVEL OF SERVICE. THEY HAVE ALSO CUT ME BEFORE BECAUSE THEY WERE RUSHING.

After trying lots of nail places in Toronto I was excited to try Glamorous Nail Lounge as the pictures on Instagram were beautiful. However, the overall price of my nails for a simple white acrylic nails with designs on two nail, being stickers (which I didn’t get too pick which type I wanted) it was insanely priced. My bill was 80 dollars before tip. I was already excited for the designs so I went ahead with the process, but in my past experience I’ve had nail technicians spend way longer with hand drawn designs and the bill was at least 15 cheaper.

Great experience! I was able to book online and upon arrival they were on schedule & very good with Covid precautions. You sign a waiver from your phone, are able to purchase a mask (but must wear one)& are seated in a clean area kept private with plexiglass. The work was well done, no complaints there!
