Top Notch wholesaler for top notch HVAC contractors
Went into TML to get supplies, been going to the Mississauga one without issue, went to Richmond Hill and the customer service rep was very rude and racist. When other customers came in he was nice. Will go back to get his name and hopefully something will be done so this kind of service cannot happen again to other coloured people. Never received this type of degrading service at any other supplier - Noble Trade, Wolseley, etc. - this is just unacceptable. Will repost with reps name once I have it.also this has happen mor then once.
