The receptionists were so kind and Dr. Richards saved my baby's life! For an emergency clinic, their prices are absolutely reasonable. They took my cat in right away and thanks to them he is purring away in my arms, in less than a day from surgery. Thank you so much.

I'm so thankful to the staff, they saved Mr.Whiskers's life!!! I highly recommend this place, very affordable and caring. I traveled all the way from Burlington here just because of the price but I've got so much more.They called me before and after the surgery and few more times after that just to keep me posted on how my boy was doing. Also when I went to pick him up they said he had an old scar in his eye and gave me medication for that as well free of charge. Few days after I picked him up they called again to check up on him....so great thank you guys keep up the good work and saving animals lives. Can't compare to any other place and I called many around my area( all money greedy and don't care about the animals) All recommendations from me. Thanks again.

I can only say great things about this emergency clinic. I have had to visit the clinic a couple of times and both times I left with peace of mind knowing my shi-chi Mia was properly cared for and my vet notified of her emergency visit. Nathan, Anna-Lisa, Kathy and of course Dr. Lung are incredible staff! While it is costly to take your pup to a clinic like this, it is a blessing for those of us who would do anything to ensure our furry friend's health is restored. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! DOGGOD backwards and this clinic is Heaven!

5 weeks ago, my cat Leo got a urinary blockage, not once but 3 times. We were extremely helpless and it was easily one of the worst times in my family's life. Going from one hospital to another, lots of ups and downs and not knowing who to trust, we came across this clinic. The staff is absolutely amazing, compassionate, and understanding. I called in to check on my cat Leo, at least 30 times when he was staying there for his PU surgery and never was made feel bad for checking in. I even received pictures of my cat, once he had woken up from the sedation. A big thank you to Stephanie, Dr. Salehian, Dr. Leung, and all other staff for taking great care of Leo. The manager is also to be thanked for being understanding and compromising with us in this difficult situation. Leo is doing great and all the advice given has been very helpful, this has been a miracle and I recommend this place to everyone who's looking for a trustworthy clinic, with staff who know what they're doing. Thanks to this clinic and the successful PU surgery, here's Leo enjoying his second chance at life:
